Well… it took long enough didn’t it? We have been planning the launch for so long that there isn’t any memory I have that doesn’t involve some launch related discussion. With everyone so mobile these days and Fay globetrotting, it was close to impossible locking down a date… BUT WE DID IT! We set our eyes on the goal, took matters in our own hands, stroked all necessary egos and after much elbow grease, when the timing was right… we launched with a BANG! Ahhhhh…
The start of the evening…
Everything went super smoothly thanks to Lisa’s planning and execution. *holds up a pint* Cheers Lisa! She worked really hard and continues to do so post-launch; making sure media and our trade partners have received the launch photos, media releases and competition packs. Competition packs? Yeah… I’ll get back to that.

The launch party was everything a simple 5 inch porcelain figurine could have hoped for… royalty, celebrities (hubba-hubba @marioncaunter) and trade partners mingling, awesome media turnout, lots of close friends and colleagues all around us and of course… tonnes of booze. Having said that, (the next day) I found out some of our guests had dashed out to grab a bite before rejoining the party. Sorry about that folks. Had I known there was a shortage of canapés, you know I would have ordered you guys some food. Anyway, I had an awesome time. I hope all those of you who attended had fun.
